Paying too much for terrible service

The worst service ever!!!!!!! Most expensive worst streaming service. I cannot stream on my device and after even changing my password I still have “to many devices streaming”. After phoning 3 times, they keep on cutting me off as soon as they place me on hold and say that they cannot log into my account and do not know what the problem is. Absolutely terrible and disappointing. We pay R1900 pm for 2 decoders and still I can not even stream one device!!!!!
