PAYING RECONNECT ION FEE EVERY MONTH EVEN PAID MY DEBIT ORDER.

<p>I have two decoders one is contract other is prepaid. I don't have access to my prepaid even making sure my account are up to date for debit order I still have to pay for reconnection fee every month. Can someone who knows their job do something write here.</p>
