PAYING ON TIME BUT BEING SUSPENDED

So disappointed on the service that i received from Multi choice

I have been paying my dish for the past 5 months on my phone nothing has been a problem, and I paid and usually again on the 30/04/2021 until today my service it still suspended when i have called them numerous time they tell me my service has bee re activated i must re start my decoder but when i do that i can only watch 100.
