paying multichoice for nothing

I pay for Pvr and extra view for nothing , I have the full bouqet on extra view yet only 2 channels work for the last 4 months but no one seems to care at multichoice , and now my PVR is not working !!!! Absolutely useless service an I pay about R 820 per month for nothing !!!! then on top of that I have funds in box office but cant access it &gt
