Paying insurance to dstv multichoice for their benefit

I've been paying for years insurance for decoder at multi choice. I was watching two TV with the same decoder. Now the decoder is faulty multichoice wants to give me a decoder where I can watch one TV or I must pay extras. I don't see a point for me to take insurance if they can not put me in the position I was before or give me something that is similar. Instead they benefiting themselves. They want to force myself to take something I was not paying for and I must pay more. My intentions to take insurance I was avoiding think that I was gonna get same or something with same functionality. I am not happy at all. It is worse at Guguletu Mall for the past three days the system was down today they don't helping people with swipe because that are busy with stock taking.
