Paying full package rather than extra view

I have 4 decoders, two working in the house last year l phoned multi choice to put another as extra view but that lady putted it as full package for R900. How can l pay two premium package same house. After I phoned them they blocked my other decoder. And they said l owe them. I am phoning people from Dstv using about R300 to 400 airtime everyday. I don’t have money anymore. Please help
