Paying for their mistake

Multichoice have billing me for an explora they delivered to the wrong address.

I ordered the promotional explora in beginning of January and was assured that it will be delivered in a couple of days, after waiting for a couple of weeks I then enquired about it. It turned out that their delivery service had delivered it to the wrong address.

Multichoice now insists that I Should pay for the explora that I don't have, including the service from January to date. Every time I call to clarify the issue I am told that it belongs to a different department and it will be \escalated". My bill now stands at R4300 and my service has been suspended because I refuse to pay for their mistake.

They have promised to have someone from DPP call me and rectify this situation but no such call has come forth. The DPP number that I was given"
