Paying for something that u cant use because of the error that they cant fix

I've been having an error for the past month ..I am paying for something that I don't find joy in it..this error no one can remove it ...I went to dstv shop in rissik and jeppe they cant exchange they don't have stock even at the branch in alberton they don't have stock .we cannot go to randburg all the time we have the problem with our decors , don't have taxi money.why did u open up the dstv shops near our areas ...with this error I even call the installor we even have to pay the for assisting us ,I am very ****ed of this matter...when u go to the dstv shop no one is helping , when u are calling the installer there is a charge , u are paying for the channels but u cant use them , you even call the call centre no one is helping.what a poor service
