Paying for services not received

Since I changed over to pvr I am struggling with pvr functions to work ie<br> Recording programmes - Not all my scheduled recordings record, sometimes only record partly<br> Boxoffice and Catch up - There are no more than 8 titles in Boxoffice and they rarely get updated. None of the new titles shows according to your website.<br> I have had the decoder several times at your multichoice centres for testing, had the installers come out and test my dish and lnb and replaced the lnb, all at my cost but still the problem persists. <br> I am fed up now with useless service from Multichoice and spending more time and money trying to fix a service I am paying a lot for every month is not an option.<br> Please advise!<br>
