Paying for services i dont get

I would like to know from multichoice of why am I paying for the extra money on my explora if I go to catch up and theres nothing to catch up on sometimes they load after 5days whats up with that sometimes they dnt load at all why the hell am i paying for this service. I record and when i fast forward doesn't want to. someone must give me an answer am so sick of tolerating this its been months and months and they not doing me justice why am I paying them extra for why . e.g where the heck is episode 168 on isibaya should I play role that myself .
