Paying for service I can't get

I have been with dstv price lock since 2020 jan and ever since I have been overcharged and am paying for a service I can't use .I have made calls to the dstv call center to request for my catch up and recording functions made available but till today they have not been made available for to use to a point I am send from pillar to post and promised nothing .The service that dstv is giving me is uncalled for as I pay for my service to rendered to me .
