Paying for service am not getting , Pathetic service i recieved *****

channel 305 disappeared and 112,universal channel ,enca and other channels are not playing and no one is able to tell me what is the problem and there is nothing they can do, they just waste my time and money but on the 1st they are taking my money but am not getting the full service am paying for,yesterday Tembisisa promised that they will send a technician to my house to assist no one phoned me and no one came am paying R385 for service that am not getting
