Paying for non-existing insurance
It is with great disappointment to discover today, after phoning Multi choice on 04/05/2015 and visiting the Centurion office 05/05/2015, that the insurance I am paying for does not cover my decoder. This, after Multi choice can clearly see that I have been using my current decoder since December 2011. Surely, with your technology, you should have advised me that my decoder is not covered, and stop debiting the additional R20.00pm. Beginning 2012, I received a call from Multi Choice, asking if I would like to join the Viewing panel. I agreed, and was given a new decoder and a router was installed. My old decoder was taken by the guys who installed this. Not knowing that I am not covered anymore, I still paid the insurance. So what was I paying for? What am I covered for? I now need to buy a new decoder, as the decoder I am currently using - FOR THE PAST 3 AND A HALF YEARS - is faulty - BUT NOT COVERED. I want a refund of all my so-called \insurance"premiums"
