Paying for insurance policy that I didn’t consent to

I have an insurance policy that I did not consent. I discovered today when I paid my Dstv subscription. The insurance took that money and now my Dstv subscription is not playing. I want to cancel and get a refund.

I’ve been calling the whole day to cancel this policy but no luck.
