Paying for DSTV service without getting any.

It is impossible to change your PVR with premium subscription to explora without cancelling your current subscription. It is impossible to cancel your current subscription FULL STOP- so your explora does not work even when paid for. This means that even though you pay extra e.g. at your holiday home, if you activate your holiday home DSTV, the explora (even when paid for) is not part of the package. How is this possible and why can your systems not change this glitch?
