Paying for a service I'm not receiving

DSTV is the worst, first of all they overcharge me on my monthly premiums, I called the centre to ask what's happening and they couldn't explain it, I reversed my money at the bank and paid in the correct premium account. Now they have suspend my PVR because they are still trying to rectify their own Price lock problems. So basically im paying for a service that I'm not getting because they can't seem fix their Price lock accounts issue. This is unacceptable in everyway because the problem is with their finance not me, I didn't pay or anything. Instead I'm being overcharged and paying for a service I'm not receiving. DISAPPOINTING
