Payed but not watching

I wrote on your Facebook page to ask how much I owe as I have not been paying for some time and I also asked my references to pay they sent me,after an hour I went back to Facebook and wrote to them as my DStv was still block and I had to send proof of payment and they activated it, today I woke up to my DStv being disconnected and I asked they are giving me run around and till now my DStv is not playing apparently the reference they gave me is wrong and I don't get any straight answer they are ignoring me bad bad bad, people do buy DStv this is nonsense
