Payback my money
I cancelled my subscription in October 2021 with November 2021 (notice period). DSTV billed me in Dec 2021 and refunded me when I complained.
If January 2022, DSTV doubled billed me and now I am battling to get my refund.
My cellphone calls ran over 20 minutes and all they feed me was lies.
I am very disappointed with their service.
