PAY YEAR IN ADVANCE B4 1ST APRIL 15 AT OLD PRICES
CASE NUMBER: *** Customer number ***2<br> Since the 3rd March I have been struggling to get this resolved.<br> On the 26th February 2015 I was sent a email stating prices will go up on the 1st April. However if you paid a year ahead you will pay 2014 prices. So I made payment of R8140 (after being advised to do so by an agent)for the period 1 April 2015 to 31st March 2016 at the old pre 1st April 2015 increased prices. R740 a month x 11 months. Easy sum to make!!! Do you think the people at DSTV can do this sum!!! Apparently not!!!<br> <br> Now after me paying this amount they send me a statement saying I STILL OWE R468!!!<br> <br> Come on stop being idiots and look after your clients and ****** WELL respond to communications. I WANT THIS RESOLVED NOW<br> <br> <br>
