I've been a premium client for over 10years you have now decided to deduct R1580 from my account m. I've spend 45min on the phone where you've admitted that you are wrong and you don't want to refund my money. My DSTV stream app isn't working. None of your services are working, your customer service is a nightmare, you make empty promises where you don't call me back, you've deducted money from my account for the last 10 years and you still don't want to refund me for your mistake.
