PAY MY FULL ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY ANOTHER R599.81 ADDITIONAL FOR THE SAME PERIOD YESTERDAY IT WAS R506 ADDITIONAL

<p>I have moved my payment date from the 6th of each month to the 21st of each month. Each and every month I pay either the 20th or the 21st so I have a view period from the 20th til the 20th, Now my DSTV is cut off because their system still shows payment date the 6th. So now after years on 21st I must pay additional R599.81 for the same period that I have paid for already.</p>

Please go back maybe a year ago, you will see then already did we pay either the 19th, 20th or 21st. It did not start in May but last year of the year before. I had paid in a difference in subscribtion before.

I could not understand why I recieved my sms still on the 6th but left it as I though I kept on paying my premium and I had my view.

Kindly get back to me regarding this asap as I do not want my dstv to be cut off again today.

I have requested a statement for .last two years on Sunday and Monday and did not receive it as yet.
