Pay more money and you will still get the shorter end

I'm with dstv my entire adult life, I pay my subscription, I even have insurance with them for my decoders, however this week I'm disgusted with their services, their providers and everything they stand for. My house was hit by lightning on the 31 October, the 1st November I got a new decoder, however they gave me a newer decoder and advised I need to get a installer. More money jip, got a accredited installer of their website its been 5days and I'm still unable to change channels in my bedroom so each time I have to go down stairs and change the channel (convenient right), phoned dstv 2 days ago still waiting for feedback and phoned this morning and they blatently told me we don't deal with our installers, and then this afternoon I phoned again, and their solution to my problem is pay more money for a 3rd decoder and o, wait their is more and pay more money on a monthly basis. Now I'm thinking to myself before the 31st October all my needs was satisfied with 2 decoders and my premium of R974 a month. But now just pay more money and you will still not have what you had - yes that makes sense right. The accredited installer (from your website) has been messing me around for 5 continuous days. Today he was suppose to be here a 9am after many calls to him, at 1pm we told him nor to even bother (this is 5 days of nothing). When dstv called him to find out what's going on he said he was busy with other installations, great job on service delivery and promises. Well Multichoice this is who represents you but wait the new motto is just pay us more money and you will still get the shorter end of the stick. So disappointed!
