Pay me back my money!
Your call centre require serious training & they are uninformed. Please return my money. Mr. Lazola Nkili & your Team Leader, Lucky and all the consultants that not only wasted my money, time and airtime. I need my refund of the pro-rata I paid for & I'm still disconnected.

This dissapointed me, as our parents & the elderly will also be sent from pillar to post until their airtime runs out with inexperience agents. Ms. Gabisile was very professional & well informed.
