Pay fot functions you not getk

In march i cancelled my premium subscription to the lowest one with only the sabc chanels and a few other. I paid R90 exstra for the pvr ( recording) catch up and box office. I never had a problem. Since the beginning of August I suddenly have no access to catch up or box office, only pvr, but still have to pay R90 extra ( now only for pvr function) when I phone them, they inform me that my package do not qualify for catch up and box office, only for pvr, but i still had to pay R90! I pay now the same as all the other package holders, only differece is, zi only have pvr, for R90, while they have pvr, catch up and box office, all for R90! They refuse to link my box office and catch up, even i actually aldo paid for it, but because of my package they cant. Its like going to chechers to buy bread but they force you to pay for buttet and jam and font get it, and if you dont pay for it, you can not get the bread!
