Pay for service we did not use
Firstly I am dumbstruck by the type of service that Multichoice provides to their clients' am not even sure that they are hiring qualified supervisors at Multichoice I will not mention any names but this dude provided me with the most horrible service I have ever received from Multichoice for a supervisor to tell me that I will pay for the services and reconnection fee for Services that was rendered to me whilst I was not at home with the account not paid. Damn who does he think he is god? Enough on this but usually when dstv disconnects your service they send those sms's and then a day later they disconnect your viewing if the account was not settled. However I left for Durban at the end of January 2015 my service's were still running but so I came back after one month and a couple of days on the 1st of March 2015 and saw my services were suspended , however I reacted quickly and made a payment at Shoprite gave dstv a call and they reactivated the services for me I view up until the 19th and discovered my services were off again I called the first guy assisted me advised that he would re-activate my services he did just that after another night past my services was suspended again
Please be advised that DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed
However should a subscriber not need service for the following month it is the responsibility of the subscriber to notify MultiChoice a month in advance that they do not require service for the next month.
Should this not happen and your service remain active you the subscriber will be responsible for any amount due on your DStv account.
Regards
Rupert
