still no one has sorted out my account, again has been disconnected, no one has even bothered to call me, worst bladdy TV company in south africa,,. useless service. no one calls you, i have been told my account was sent for escalation on Saturday, its now nearly a week, i still dont have DSTV but they keep asking for money, which has been paid already ffs. this is so frustrating, im so upset, Its time I get my lawyers involved and get my money back as Im paying for something i cannot even use.

Monday: gets a texts saying i owe R1202 for a R399 package I asked to be down graded to a month ago or more, activates again that evening, saying some one will call from technical. friday.: deactivates again. no one calls, get sent another text to pay and they will activate. I WILL NOT PAY FOR A PREMIUM PACKAGE THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR!!!!!
