Pay back the money
Signed up in 2020 for the price lock which was R569, but the debited R618 every month and even got an increase in 2021 to R633, with numerous calls and different agents all the time. It's very frustrating cause they promised me a refund, but still nothing. They are the theives, ***** and will not recommend their services. How long should I still wait for my money back??? How many phonecalls should I make?
