Pay back the money Dstv

I paid my monthly subscription on 31 March 2023 and I subscribed to a debit order on the 3 April 2023. To my surprise they deducted R449 again from my bank account. That means I made a double payment for April. I reported the matter to multichoice billing dept. on the 5 April 2023 with a call reference 326211-i112. They promised to refund me within 7 days but I'm still waiting for the refund.
