Pay back the money!
I was overcharged by R4200.00 in October. I have called atleast 7 times over the past 10 days and spoken to many operators as well as a couple of Managers at the call centre (Siza) who have all promised to "escalate" the problem... I have yet to recieve feedback. I have debit orders coming off my account over the next 7 days and I need that money back in my account today.
