Pay back the money!!!

My colleague accidentally paid R29 000 to Multichoice instead of her monthly premium of R290. It has taken almost a month and we still cannot get her money back. Seriously anybody can see that this was a mistake. We get told its being looked into, that a refund has been approved, that a cheque has been deposited. Today we got told that nothing has been processed. Come on Multichoice. How would you like to sit without your salary for a month? Other accounts and debit orders are not going through because you are failing to act!!! Shameful Pay back the money!!!
