So this happened to me today... I have been debited R699 by Dstv after I cancelled (INC-***) the subscription on 27/07/2023.

It's now more than 48 hours since Dstv's 1st & only reply & no one has contacted since. I want my refund as I cancelled my Dstv Stream service on 27/07/2023 & you debited R699 on 15/08/2023.
