Pay back my money

I have been waiting for my refund from DSTV from the 28th of December, they advised me that I would receive it within 7 to 14 days and nothing has happened. I keep calling and they make promises they can’t keep. I spoke to Sinethemba yesterday and stated that my money would be in my account within 24 hours and still no money received. I called in today and spoke to a consultant, I’m still holding awaiting feedback ( 30 mins). That’s why I canceled my subscription, the customer service is horrific. Pay my money back.
