What a lie the Pay 12 Months and get 1 Month free is. Please do not fall for this ****!

Reason I changed to the pay 12 Months was with a debit order you suddenly see all sorts of amount go off your account from Multi Choice as well as to save money,… not the case. Not to mention the endless days!!! DAYYYYYYSSSSSSS!!! You stand there with no one knowing what to say! 2017 – Paid 12 Month subscription. 2018 – 11 Months later DSTV gets cut as I am 1 Month short! As it was a system error,… it was never loaded so I need to pay the 12th Month at the new price,… Next Month I pay the Following 12 Month subscription! 2019 – 11 Months later DSTV gets cut again!!!!!!!!! As I am 1 Month short! After complaining I was told it was not loaded by the agent!!!! AGAIN! I need to pay the 12th Month at the new price even I am not at fault,… Next Month I pay the Following 12 Month subscription! 2020 - 10 Months later DSTV gets cut because there was an incorrect price given so I need to pay R782.00! Now in Month 11 I am again, again R782 short,……. And was reminded that I need to pay my 12 Month subscription again next month!!!

So first Year the poor quality system was to blame. Next Year it was the *********** staff! This they don’t know!!! I see this as a total ****!!! No money for you this year!!!!
