PATRICK JOMO, the MULTICHOICE *****!

So, I bought a Dstv explora decoder and needed an installer. I called Multichoice and was given a few numbers to contact, one of which belonged to PATRICK JOMO from Randfontein(Mohlakeng). I contacted him and asked him to come assist with the installation as I was at work but my mother was home. He asked that I send him my address, which I did. Later on that day when I got home the installation was nor done and my mother told me that he did in fact come, brought a friend with but he was very drunk they even broke her remote but promised to come back the following day. The next day he sent the friend to come do the job, me thinking that they work together allowed the friend to do "the installation" they then advised that I go make payment for extra view and contact Multichoice. I paid R350.00 but to my surprise, after making the payment and calling Multichoice nothing was working. I contacted him(PATRICK JOMO) and told him what was happening, he told me that he would talk to the guy to come fix the mess, which never happened. I kept calling and he eventually advised that he would come over to my place so we can go look for the guy, which never happened. I have been trying to get a hold of him for days now but he is not taking my calls! Had to find another installer and pay him for the installation that I had already paid for!
