From the 1st of October my explorer decoder had an error, I couldn't catch up or rewind from my decoder, I called coupler times for help(I spoke to almost 5 consultants without any help) and finally on the 28th October I called again, for assistance , I spoke Patricia Fiyo, She finally helped me with 24 hours..
