Pathetic,disgusting Dstv service

I cannot believe the pathetic service I have received from the Dstv call center,and I mean this people are suppose to be representing such a big company as Dstv.Here's my story I made a payment last week 26 February long story short I have struggled with this ****** people since last week only to find out that my request for a refund was never submitted,after speaking to a nice adviser Legohang.After speaking to her I spoke to the supposedly Team leader by the name of Daniel Letshoro explaining my frustration and dissatisfaction while on call I said "what can the offer me as conpensation due to the fact of ongoing calls,countless request from various consultants giving me incorrect information".It has already been 15 hours to this day and minute I have still not received any feedback on my way query even after speaking to Lindiwe Hlongwane about my request I still have no feedback.

If this is how you treat your loyal customers for almost 15 years,then I do not want to be associated with such a pathetic company,and to think I hardly ever have to call it's my first and what worst pathetic service I have received.
