Pathetic Work Ethics. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am reporting this matter to make all clients weary about how irresponsible DStv Multichoice. I did an online payment for my package after using the contact on whatsapp. I was not aware i needed an account number for a specific region, as its not advertised on their commercials. Its now the 2nd month that they have not connected my service, or even try to fix the issue. I have been in many times, sent mant emails, provided proof of payments, and they have a sad excuse of "CAN'T TRACK THE FUNDS", which is found under the pre-defined options. WHAT NON-SENSE AND UNFAIR TREATMENT, the Agencies are so useless, they can never answer any questions, the call center agents have such rude attitudes. They have been making too much money so now they forget about Treating the customer fairly. Im very upset at the run around they are giving me and not even making contact with me.
