Pathetic, unprofessional DSTV the Nightmare

Wow where to start....I have no words for dstv and there horrible service including there arrogant call centre agents. They just don't call you back and can never speak to a manager. How do you loose a payment of December and its February and still cannot allocate but we paid via the app. Then you allocate reconnecting fees which client isn't aware of to put service off again. I see the dstv is completely dead who cancelled this I am awaiting for the million time for some competent person to call me with answers.
