Pathetic Telephone Service from DSTV/MULTICHOICE

Shocking Telephone Centre service. 7 calls later and 3 hours to get ZERO help from people that are unable to fix my problem, other than suggest "call an installer"! I bought a new 3B explorer which doesn't heartbeat with my two existing 2A explorer decoders.....
