Pathetic service,*****..
In January 2023 I mistakenly made double payment into my dstv account,then later asked for a refund. On the day of asking for refund they promised me that I will have the money within 7 to 14 working days.. That period lapsed and when I called again they told me that it was not processed and have to wait 7 to 14 working days again which also lapsed.
I called again and they promised that it will be processed within 24 hours,that period lapsed again. I called again after 24 hours they said 7 to 14 working days. This has been the worst service of my live. Now I was told the Manager will call me to sort this mess out.. I am waiting ...
