Pathetic service Yalezwa Magwaca
I called Dstv yesterday, a useless agent by the name of Yalezwa Magwaca who left us on hold for over 20 minutes.
It has become a norm for Dstv agent to resort to putting clients on hold if they are unable to assist.
We use airtime to make those calls and they just become futile as no help is obtained as an end result.
Nasty !!!
