Pathetic service with NO resolutions!!!!!!! *******!!!!!!!! Billing system a ***** up!!!!

<p>Can someone please enlighten me on how your billing system works??? Reason I'm asking...I don't see how the **** its possible for an account to be R 7500!!!! This is the amount it was debited with tonight!!!! Dstv has made a ***** up of this account since more than a year ago and it just NEVER gets fixed!!! No matter how many times you call, no matter how many people you speak to or how many times you complain!!! Your calls are recorded right?? I phoned the call centre 3 times last week, on the same day. Go find the recordings!!! You will hear me enquiring about the amount due for debit order this month, and you will hear YOUR consultants confirming the amount to me, which is nowhere near this absurd amount!!!! Is this how you ***** from people? Wake the **** up and fix this bull****!!!!! Now you're saying he didn't pay last month, but he showed me his bank statements now, where it shows the payment went off via debit order on the 9th of January for the amount of R 3430.50. I want someone to phone me TODAY and it better be someone who can actually fix this problem once and for all!!!!!</p>
