Pathetic Service while paying your full premiums

We have a full package and pay an monthly amount of R780 and we have more then 14 channels not working, I have a number of times took our decoder to the DTSV outlet report everything works perfectly. I was ask to remove the dish to another spot and now so far we have 4 spots that has holes and we pay each time we move the dish and no help coming from the service provider just getting fat from the premiums we pay.
