Pathetic service to the core!

I would like to commend Sulina Bhim and Janine on their non-existent service. You ladies must be a great fit to the Dstv team. So I called in to have my services reconnected as usual, this has now become a monthly task because of *********** agents who can't seem to do their job. Sulina Bhim dropped the call on me when I requested to speak to her supervisor. Two agents later still my services are still suspended, so basically, your query can never be resolved on just one call. You have to waste your time and send proof of payments and have the suspension lifted only to have it suspended after 5 days and back to step one. Same WhatsApp group as Telkom!
