Pathetic service, saying I'm ****ed is an understatement!!

Our service was disconnected due to a ADD ON that we NEVER requested. I called Multichoice to remove it and they did but they told me I still need to pay R240 balance for this ADD ON. I asked to speak to a manager but they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes!! We've been loyal customers for 13 years , I've never been this disappointed!
