Pathetic Service Received from MultiChoice

Pathetic service received from Multi Choice.

I switched over to price lock and called in to activate my account and suddenly no one can do that for me. So in essence I must pay for a service that I don't have???

The customer service received from the contact service is disgusting.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to switch over to price lock if this is the service you get.
