Pathetic service Price Lock Team (DSTV)

We have been waiting for our Price Lock deal for over a month! After numerous calls to the DSTV Call Center and emails to the Price Lock team, we still do not have anything! Now today I've been told that the agent at the DSTV call center does not have an email address or telephone number to escalate this issue to anymore as it is out of service. Seriously! How do you expect to get any business if this is the way you are treating your customers. Seriously thinking of disconnecting my DSTV all together. Pathetic service! My suggestion to DSTV is that you sort out this matter ASAP or you will loose thousands of Rands and customers as I'm not the only one complaining about this.
