Pathetic service, Please close my account

I paid R600.00 on Friday to reconnect my service on Friday 27/09/2019 - call centre agents failed to assist me from Friday till today Sunday 29/09/2019. They told me that they would Escalate my issue and it would be resolved in an hour. Spoke to :Lungisani, paris, nontobeko and four others that i can't remember. Why do you @dstv have a call centre if you can't help us.

ARE BEING TREATED LIKE THIS BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE COMPETITORS??
