PATHETIC, SERVICE - OVER CHARGING ON MY ACCOUNT

I have been having problems with DSTV for the past months whereby my amount is not on the same total monthly. My installment should be R608.00 but every month I get Charged different amounts???? And now that i have added netflix nevermind you i was paying double for netflix they coudlnt help me - now i need to pay R955.00 yet i dont know what for! They keep telling me of balances, where are they from and what for????? I will not pay until this issue is resolved !!!!!!!!!!!!!! every month i use my airtime to called them for an issue they did not do right i mean really then when they tell you "we will escalate the matter further" but NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU!!!! PATHETIC
