Pathetic Service on PriceLock deal .

I ordered the pricelock deal last Monday and still have not recieved delivery of the explora as yet , I need this done asap as I will not be home and there will be no one to recieve delivery and to get the installation sorted , this is pathetic service please can this be sorted out ASAP .
